Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the course has been accessed or delivered.

• Refunds will not be provided for:

  • ​Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Technical issues on the user’s side (internet/device)

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was deducted but course access was not provided

• Duplicate payment was made

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of payment with proof.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
